Work Condition
1.Load operation.
After the empty vehicle operation and cleaning are completed, gradually close the vent valve or oil and water blowing valve after driving. First, run the compressor at 1/4 rated pressure for 1 hour, then run it at 1/2 rated pressure for 4-8 hours.
2.Pressure increases.
After operating under low pressure and without any abnormalities, gradually increase the pressure by 1.
Operating time. For large high-pressure compressors, the operating time at nominal pressure shall not be less than 24 hours.
3.Check the items.
The pressure, temperature, and supply of lubricating oil; The air compressor runs smoothly, and the sound of each moving component is normal; The inlet and outlet water temperature and cooling water supply situation; There is no air, oil, or water leakage in each connecting part; The intake and exhaust valves are working properly; No looseness in all connecting parts; The exhaust temperature and pressure at all levels comply with regulations; The heating condition and current value of the motor meet the requirements of regulation.
4.Check after running.
