3. Komatsu 60-7 excavator

If the excavator you are using rotates slowly, cannot brake, tilts a lot, or sometimes automatically rotates downwards when tilted, then it should be checked in a timely manner to eliminate the problem as soon as possible. Generally, the inability to brake the vehicle due to rotation is caused by the following factors:

1. Excessive wear on the brake pads of the swing motor.

2. The internal port plate of the swing motor is worn.

3. The internal oil inlet and return isolation seal of the rotary motor is damaged.

4. Rotate the relief valve to prevent wear on the reverse valve.

Check for faults:

1. Start the excavator and run it for about ten minutes. Operate the rotary operation handle to check if the rotary drift is too large when the hand is released, and if the rotation can be stopped.

2. Test whether the pump pressure is normal and detect the overflow operation of the machine.

3. Check if the pilot pressure of the swing lock is normal and if there are debris blocking the safety valve.
